During a period of less than two weeks more then 50 horses had their pictures taken at Michałów, Białka and Janów Podlaski Studs. This enormous number of diverse equine personalities, various temperaments, moods and frames of mind were photographed in inventive situations associated with the time of day, weather, surroundings and ideas for the perfect shot. In such a short period of time it was quite the challenge...
From the tens of photographs taken of each horse, just one will be printed in the 2015 Pride of Poland Sale catalogue. Those that were chosen to illustrate the internet catalogue can already be viewed on our List of Horses.
The private mares that did not show up at the Studs will not have a chance for a session with Stuart Vesty, the author of this year's photos. Stuart has already returned to the States, called by new duties. Thank you, Stu! See you next time!
Surrounded with beautiful nature, yet amid whimsical weather, we have begun the video and photo sessions at the Studs. Luckily both the artists and models are in top form, so the final results are sure to be breathtaking.
Meanwhile the auction list has undergone some changes. The mares Angelina and Dżakarta have been withdrawn by decision of their owners. Their places have quickly been taken by the young Cyraneczka, Ferrana and Flancee, owned by private breeders.
Very soon the Pride of Poland and Summer Sale catalogue will be revealed in its entirety!
